AOI Web Pro is a professional aerodrome safeguarding software providing:

• ICAO OLS (Obstacle Limitation Surface) evaluation
• Visual Segment Surface (VSS) analysis
• Building Restricted Areas (BRA) analysis
• Custom surface evaluation tools
• Airport, runway, navaid, and obstacle data management
• Aviation criteria and regulatory compliance tools

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Verify your email address before accessing the platform
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

• Trial (7-day free trial): Full access to all features for evaluation purposes
• Basic ($79/month): Access to OLS, VSS, and airport data
• Pro ($259/month): Full access to all applications and features

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• Trial subscriptions can be cancelled without charge before the trial ends

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any aviation regulations or safety standards
• Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

6.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you input. We provide tools for analysis but do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data.

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

7. Professional Responsibility

IMPORTANT: This Service is a tool to assist aviation professionals. It does NOT replace professional judgment, certification, or regulatory compliance requirements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from the Service will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Service meets your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
